I do have experience in this matter. your OBJ model first needs to be rigged. Thankfully you can use autorig tools like mixamo for basic needs, they also have free animations which include fighting and dancing and walking etc. That is the animation part, easy right. Now slightly challenging one ...

A few years back i made a skull headlight which used fog light and 3d printed skull. Turned out really great. Sadly i used it for short time only as i wanted to make some improvements but never quite finished improving it.
