Getting an issue with arducopter.. Failed to update firmware

I am using arducopter with mission planner version 1.3.81, however it fails to connect and displays the error 'No heartbeat packets received'. In an attempt to fix the problem, I tried to install the firmware, but it says that the upload was unsuccessful and shows, failed to detect port. Is there a way to fix these issue and get the board to function?

If you encounter a "heartbeat packets not received" error, there are typically four possible reasons:
1) The baudrate might be incorrect or doesn't match the APM.
2) There could be a defect in the board or damage due to incorrect hardware connections.
3) Ensure you're using the correct COM port and a high-quality data transfer cable.
4) Try reinstalling the Mission Planner drivers and restarting your computer.
