Pixhawk controller disconnect by itself

Hello,
For my drone project, I'm using the Pixhawk 2.4.8 flight controller. After being connected and calibrated by the mission planner software for two to three minutes, the Pixhawk
2.4.8 controller disconnected by itself. I've given it a lot of tries, but the issue still exists. Could you please tell me the solution?

Please update the firmware to the latest version and try to check the mission planner log for more details like what is causing the issue to disconnect as there can be some issue with port selection or hardware.
