Hey everyone,
I'm having some trouble with my XH-A232 TPA3110 30W+30W 2.0 Channel Digital Stereo Audio Power Amplifier Board, and I'm hoping someone here can help me out.
The board was working perfectly until recently, but now it's acting up. Here's what's going on,
Distorted Sound: The audio output is distorted, especially at higher volumes
Overheating: The board seems to be getting hotter than usual, even with moderate use
Power Issues: Sometimes it doesn't power on at all, or it shuts off randomly
I've tried a few things like checking the connections, replacing the power supply, and even testing with different speakers, but no luck so far. I'm not sure if it's a hardware fault, a component issue, or something else.
Has anyone else faced similar issues with this amp board? Any tips or suggestions on what I should check next? I'm open to any ideas or advice you might have.

Hey there! I’d love to help you out with this. Can I ask a couple of quick questions? What type of power supply have you tried so far? Also, have you checked if the thermal grease is properly applied to the IC? And Regarding the distortion, what is the configuration of the speakers you have connected to the amp?
For power supply, I would suggest using an AC to DC power supply. A suitable option would be a laptop adapter, which typically provides around 19V and 3 to 5 amps. For speakers, always use a 50 percent rule: the amp should support 50 percent wattages more than the speaker you connect. Then, u can play anything in the range of 70 to 80 percent volume. The speaker should maintain around 95 percent of its total output without any distortion or risk of damaging its components. Additionally, please try to keep the volume below 70% of the maximum. Use an internal controller to ensure that the volume does not exceed this limit when connected via Bluetooth.
