Raspberry pi USB ports not working

Hey folk

I am working on a project that involves Raspberry Pis 3b, I have a problem with the USB ports they appear to stop working after about a week of uptime.
Almost tried everything
1)Tried to give external voltage of 3v
2) Tried to jump start the port
3)check the software/ reinstall

As per my knowledge the USB ports are gone in stand-by mode or in sleep mode
Note: Pi is not accessible from the internet.
If you have any solution/suggestions for this issue let me know.
