I am out of words on this one but to the say the least, I am immensely disappointed and infuriated at this point.
How did this even get through? It's just so bad. It's a dumpster fire of an update!
I am a web developer myself, from that perspective and as a regular customer, there are many bugs, bad UI/UX, and so on

  1. Almost all old links are now broken, things I shared or saved, things posted online and most importantly Google Search, you are not supposed to break links like that!
  2. Infinite "Load more" pagination is usually a bad idea, specially for an e commerce site,
    • it is very anti SEO, makes it difficult to browse.
    • Hinders browser history based behaviour (for example using back and forward button or viewing something you saw earlier.
    • Much more impractical to use and so on.
  3. There are just so many bugs all over the place, like the page often doesn't load properly, like on cart page it would say "no items in cart" yet show 156 in the cart icon and you refresh items appear? Same happens for regular searches.
  4. It is just slow, the old WordPress solution was slow at times, but this is even worse. For example: I sometimes press "load more" and it takes upwards of 10 seconds to load, it is not supposed to take that long, even the dev console would suggest you that it should be under 500 milliseconds at most. How did you upgrade yet not focus on the single biggest issue?

This is not an exhaustive list. I could go on and on but even these are enough probably to take some steps at least.
A lot of problems could probably be attributed to AI vibe coding your site and just blindly following trends (nextjs, react, GraphQL) instead of knowing actually what you are doing. Good software development is more than just chasing the latest trends.
Why I suspect vibe coding? the cart page's update product quantity button spins backwards, I doubt a sane developer would do that and is much more possible via speedrunning development via AI.
You guys probably spent a whole lot of effort on this, but unfortunately it all seems very misguided at best!

Please do something about this, I had to place an order, but the site is utterly unusable at the moment, I will wait until (hopefully) situation Improves. I would be happy to help if I can in any way.
