Hex Pixhawk Cube port issue

The Pixhawk Cube Orange Plus is physically okay, but when we are connecting it to our PC, no port is visible in the device manager in both ways, when connecting directly to the Micro USB port present in the Pixhawk Cube Orange Plus and also to the USB port, which consists of buzzer wires. What could be the issue? Please, someone suggest troubleshooting methods.
