emax motor screw

I have purchased emax 935 kv motor and f450 frame from robu but the screw which comes along with the motor itself ,is not fitting into the frame ,it is short in length ,can someone help me with the correct screw size which will fit into my motor? i am confused

Please use M3 x 8mm or M3 x 10mm screws instead of the ones you have received. 8mm should just be enough but if you require extra space, use 10mm screws! Thanks!

Hey! This is a pretty common issue with EMAX motors on the F450 frame. The stock screws that come with the motor are often too short for this type of frame. You can try using M3 screws with a length of around 8mm to 10mm – just make sure they don’t go too deep into the motor and touch the windings. Always double-check depth before tightening.
