Creality Ender 3 V3 SE 3D Printer Malfunctioning

Hello,

Last month I purchased the "Creality Ender 3 V3 SE 3D Printer.
For the past couple of days, the printer has started off printing well. However, after some time, it loses the vertical alignment and gradually shifts to the left side while printing. 
I went through the auto-calibration process 4 times, but it is still the same.

What could be the issue? Could anyone suggest how to troubleshoot?
