Hello,

I am using the "Radiomaster Pocket Radio Controller – CC2500 version". However, when I attempt to update the firmware, an error message stating "your radio does not seem connected to USB or the driver is not initialized!!!" pops up. After clicking 'OK', another error message saying "Could not check firmware from radio" appears. I am using OpenTX Companion 2.3.15 software for the firmware update. I have attached screenshots of the errors. Can anyone assist me in resolving this issue?

Please check if the USB Drivers are installed and make sure you are using the correct USB port on the radio and if you are tying to use companion make sure you have the latest version. and then in the my radios b of the configuration tab make sure you have added the pocket.
