To build an e-bike, we will require:

While we are familiar with the components required for building an e-bike, identifying the most appropriate components for our personal needs might be difficult.
What important factors do you consider when selecting the right components for your e-bike?

To build an eBike with a range of up to 28 km, start by envisioning how all the components will fit onto a standard 20 to 28 inch bicycle frame (I am assuming you have a normal bike). Once you have a design in mind, here are the key components you'll need:

Firstly, for power and performance:
