I'm working with the RPLIDAR A2M12 360 degree sensor. I'm trying to operate, and it shows a Result operation timeout error. Please provide a solution.

May be you can check by following steps:

Check /dev to see the proper device name of your USB adapter. If it's not the same with the default setting, you have to change the param in the launch file
Check if you have the permission to access the device (it requires root permission to access by default, and can be changed by dbus config)
