YIHUA 939D+ IV 90W Soldering Station

I brought a YIHUA 939D+ IV 90W Soldering Station from Robu and got it delivered yesterday. But it is NOT getting switched power ON. I have NOT received any user manual along this. Can anyone who already brought this can help me on preliminary testing of this soldering station.
