IR2104, Full H-bridge SPWM using Arduino

Hi everyone,
I'm working on an SPWM inverter using an Arduino, IR2104, and a full H-bridge. The output looks good, but I'm noticing some ripples or SPWM components. Can anyone help me understand why this might be happening and how to fix it? In the meantime, I'm using a wave generator to produce the SPWM signals.
Here are some details,
Switching Frequency: 20kHz
Fundamental Frequency: 50Hz
Cutoff Frequency: 1591.5 Hz
