I’m working on a project to design a multi-display dashboard using both E-Ink and OLED screens. The goal is to build a power-efficient system that monitors things like temperature, humidity, and air quality. The E-Ink display will show data that doesn’t change often (like trends over time), while the OLED will show live data.
1. Has anyone worked with both E-Ink and OLED displays together in a single project? What challenges did you face?
2. What are your thoughts on using E-Ink for long-term data display? Are there other low-power alternatives you'd recommend?
3. For real-time data on the OLED, what are the best practices to ensure smooth updates without screen flickering?
4. How would you handle power management when combining E-Ink and OLED for a continuous monitoring system?
5. What sensors would you suggest for accurate environmental monitoring, especially for air quality?
