help with rc plane battery

is Orange 9.9V 2100mah 30C 3S Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) Battery Pack ( photo attached below ) actually lifepo4 battery or lipo? i am asking cause i need a safe battery that wont burn up.
secondly will it work with 30a esc and 1000kv motor for my rc plane
and thirdly how to charge it ? can i use Battery Charger 3S LiFePO4 10.95V 5A with XT60 Connector? if yes then how to charge using this as it has a xt60 connecter?

is lifepo4 safe to use .. it wont explode??
