I've built my first quadcopter and chose the SpeedyBee F405 V3 flight controller, but I'm not getting any OSD with my DJI Air Unit VTX. I'm using Betaflight 4.4.2.
Is there a way to fix this?

You can try below troubleshooting.

1. Ensure that the wiring between the flight controller and the DJI Air Unit is correct.
2. Check the UART setting in betaflight configurator you are using for the DJI Air Unit is configured correctly or not
3. Ensure that the DJI Air Unit is powered on and connected properly
4. Make sure both the flight controller and the DJI Air Unit are running the latest firmware versions
5. Verify that the OSD chip on the flight controller is functioning properly or not

If it does not solve the issue there maybe issue with the hardware.
