Non-functional touch in DWIN 7 inch DMG80480C070_03WTC 800 X 480 LCD Capacitive Touch Display

I have just got a DWIN 7 inch DMG80480C070_03WTC 800 X 480 LCD Capacitive Touch Display. During the initial testing of the display, I have found that the touch functionality is not working. While going through the community post, many people recommended re-calibrating the touch and performing the coordinate testing. I've gone through the available datasheet of the display, but I haven't found how to recalibrate the touch & how to check or change the x and y coordinates.
I would really appreciate it if someone helped me through this.
