Unable to connect Pixhawk cube flight controller in mission planner

I recently purchased a Hex Pixhawk Cube+ flight controller about a month ago. I've been using it, but I've been having trouble connecting it to Mission Planner. It keeps showing "connecting..." and then gives me an error saying "lost communication with the board." I've tried troubleshooting by updating the firmware and changing USB cables, but the issue persists. Can you help me resolve this issue?
