Can I use a Raspberry PI 4 with a 5V 3Amps power supply that is a 15W power supply? Which I generally use for my mobile phone.

Use the official 5.1V 3A Raspberry Pi 4 power supply for optimal performance. If using a 5V 3A supply, ensure it works without triggering a "low voltage warning." Like the one shown below
