DC Motor with pully/belt/fan/gears

Hi

I need a DC motor (RMP-2000/3000) with pulley/belt/fan and with speed controller for DIY chimney exhaust fan project. if pulley/belt not available can use gears because I need to run the fan separate from motor.

Please Suggest me finding the above parts.
